Academy we pride ourselves on offering our community a wide spectrum
of dance styles and disciplines. Below you will find a

Highland
4 years and up.
Introduces young dancers to Highland dance from beginner to advanced
levels in a recreational, examination or competitive program .

Ballet
Creative JK, SK and
Ballet Programs 3-4 years. Introduces young dancers to the
basics where the focus is on music,movement to music,creative
expression and development of coordination. A place to explore and
have fun!
Pre-Primary and
Primary Ballet 5-7 years. Further develops the basics first
introduced in Creative Ballet. Dancers will further enhance
abilities in rhythm, movement, creativity and coordination.
R.A.D. Ballet,
Grades I-VIII 7 years and up. The Royal Academy of Dance is the
largest examining and training body for classical ballet in the
world. The Grade Syllabus has been devised with great care by the
R.A.D., as it progresses a child in stages, demanding no more of a
young body than it can easily cope with. The R.A.D.’s world-renowned
examinations offer students challenge and a greater sense of
achievement.
R.A.D. Ballet,
Majors & Pointe 11 years and up. For the experienced and more
serious student interested in studying ballet with the possibility
of pursuing a career in dance performance or teaching. Three classes
a week, we concentrate on technique, strength and artistry.

CDTA Tap
5 years and up. Our
Tap Dance program allows students to further develop their
coordination and toe-tapping rhythm. Basic and advanced tempos are
built upon to create combinations and routines to both contemporary
music and classic big band sounds.

CDTA Jazz and Freestyle
5 years and up.
Encourages vitality and enthusiasm for dance through exciting dance
routines and limbering exercises.

|
CDTA and BATD Acro
6 years and up. The
athleticism of gymnastic tumbling routines combined with the
artistry of jazz dance.

 |
|
Hip Hop and Break
Dancing
9 years and up. Get in
on the hottest trends in music and dance as seen on TV, stage and
dance clubs while getting a great work out!

 |

Latin/Ballroom
16 years & up. For
everyone! Learn the Samba, Cha Cha, Rumba or Swing or maybe you’d
prefer the Waltz or Fox-trot. Couples only.

Musical Theatre and
Drama
6 years and up. Shine
on stage as a well-rounded actor or musical theatre performer.
Further enhance dance abilities with professional instruction in
drama and vocal performance.

Choreographic Classes

Fun Factory
4 to 6 years. Now an
opportunity for young children to sample a variety of movement

Teacher Training
Program
Students can now
pursue their teaching credentials in Ballet (RAD), Jazz & Tap (CDTA)
and Acro (BATD) at the Academy. This program offers the opportunity
for serious dancers to obtain the necessary credentials so they may
teach at any level any where in the world.

Pilates
The world-renowned
Pilates exercise program is well known for its ability to assist in
producing long lean muscles and a stronger, sleeker physique. Its
originator, Joseph Pilates said “in ten sessions you’ll feel the
difference. In twenty sessions, you’ll see the difference, and in
thirty sessions, you’ll have a new body”.

Horizons
The unparalleled
success of our competitive program has allowed for the addition of
our Horizons Program. This program allows qualified students to tour
internationally, specifically to Europe. Successful students will
gain from exposure to an international cast of dancers who have
excelled in their chosen dance discipline.

Lyrical
A fusion of ballet and
jazz techniques focusing on soft and flowing movements that
interpret and portray the lyrical and emotional content of the
accompanying music.
